The Virginia Society AIA is pleased to announce that Keesha Ezell and J. Marshall Dreiling have joined the staff.

Ezell stepped in as a temp upon the retirement of the Society’s long-time CFO Kenna Payne in July. She quickly grasped the range of revenue streams, programs, and business accounts that make up the Society’s accounting activity. In early October, she accepted an offer to join the team as Accounting Manager. She brings more than 15 years of experience in a broad range of financial activities including budget management, payroll, human resources, and reporting processes.

Dreiling, whose undergraduate degree is in industrial design, holds an MBA from Philadelphia University. Following time as lead designer for Caseinity and several years of teaching at his alma mater, he has accepted the position of Education Manager. He will be responsible for conception, delivery, and evaluation of educational programming.

“I’m delighted that Keesha and Marshall have joined the team,” says Managing Director Rhea George. “We are fortunate that we were able to recruit two individuals with such rich, well-aligned sets of skills. I am confident that they will bring enthusiastic leadership to their roles and a deep sense of commitment to the Society’s mission.”
